工作内容
-Monitor, control, and continuously improve SMT production processes
-Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues and machine breakdowns in the SMT line
-Analyze defect trends and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce scrap/defects
-Optimize reflow soldering profile and SMT machine parameters for maximum efficiency and quality
-Prepare and maintain engineering documents such as Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, and process control documents
资格
应征条件
【Must】
-Strong knowledge of SMT / PCBA processes including:
-Understanding of PCB/PCBA defects such as Tombstone, Solder Bridge, Insufficient Solder, Misalignment, etc.
-Hands-on experience with troubleshooting machine and process issues (Root Cause / Problem Solving)
-Experience in operating SMT machines such as Panasonic, Yamaha, Fuji, ASM (preferred)
-Ability to use Microscope, Multimeter, and Reflow Profiling equipment
【Advantage】
-Knowledge of SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PPAP, 8D methodology
-Ability to create and maintain WI, SOP, and Control Plans
-Basic knowledge of IPC-A-610 (Certification is a plus)英文
