【Product Lines】
- Auto Parts: Injection-molded plastic parts used in the automotive industry
- Injection Parts for Industry: Plastic molded parts for consumer electronics, semiconductors, and other industrial applications
【Job Responsibilities】
- Handle and improve production processes for plastic molded products
- Monitor molding operations to ensure product quality and production efficiency
- Analyze defects and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Coordinate with the production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues
- Optimize molding parameters, tools, and workflows to achieve stable mass production
- Support new product introduction, trial production, and process validation
- Prepare production-related documentation and reports
资格
应征条件
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Good command of English
- Minimum 5 years experience in production engineering, process engineering (preferably in plastic injection molding)
- Basic knowledge of plastic molding processes, machines, and tools
【Advantage】
- Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze production issues
