工作内容
Customer & Market (Core Objectives: Acquire New Customers + Retain Existing Customers)
1. Formulate promotion and sales plans for the Thai automotive industry, develop new customers among automotive manufacturers and within the industrial chain, and maintain existing automotive manufacturer clients (through on-site visits and online communication).
2. Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions, collect feedback from automotive manufacturers, and drive the company’s optimization efforts.
Project & Delivery (Core Objectives: Ensure Schedule + Ensure Quality)
1. Coordinate Thai business projects and liaison with automotive manufacturers, partners, and suppliers.
2. Be responsible for the delivery of mass production projects (including follow-up on orders and inventory, and communication of requirements), and collaborate with the Shenzhen headquarters to ensure product supply and delivery timeliness.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor’s degree or above; priority is given to majors related to the automotive industry or business promotion (e.g., Marketing, Automotive or Engineering related).
- Proficient in at least one of Chinese, English, or Japanese.
- Understanding of the procurement processes of automotive manufacturers
- More than 3 years of experience in market promotion or the automotive industry; familiar with Thai business rules and customs.
- Ability to interface with the decision-making level of automotive manufacturers, coordinate resources to solve problems, and withstand high-intensity work (e.g., scenarios involving large-value negotiations or project risks).
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for training, meetings, or business trips, including to China.英文
