  Responsibilities:
  
  • Supplier quality improvement project from customer complaints and high severity impact.
  - Lead improvement project 8D problem resolution with supplier.
  - Review comment and approve 8D by process audit at supplier site.
  - Manage supplier quality project improvement to ensure supplier complete on time and meet with target.
  
  • Supplier top worst program development.
  - Lead improvement for overall project relates with supplier top worst score.
  - Review comment and approve 8D by process audit at supplier site.
  - Manage supplier quality project improvement to ensure supplier complete on time and meet with target.
  
  • Supplier technical assistant support.
  - Assist technical data to supplier and coordinate with engineering team to discuss any concerns.
  - Coaching/training sessions to build supplier capability and compliance with the company standards
  such as (8D report, ES-Spec company's Drawing standard and specific test requirement).
  
  • External audit support related to supplier and incoming quality activities.
  - To be the main primary attendance with external audits at the company plant (UL, CSA, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO50001, Watermark etc.) as a quality for supplier-related topics.
  - Prepare documentation and assist in audit readiness and closure of audit findings.
  
  • Supplier annual audit
  - Set up plan for annual audit for local suppliers and oversea suppliers
  - Audit following audit check list and audit scheduled on time.
  - Issue audit finding report to supplier and relevant cross functional teams.
  - Follow up audit results, improvement plan, review, approve and feedback to supplier.
