  • 工作内容

    ◇Marketing
    - Research new properties and contact the developer
    - Register the information on Website
    - Update the information on SNS and other channels
    - Monitor customer reactions
    - Plan and implement new initiatives to attract customers

    ◇Sales
    - Handle customer inquiries and manage communication to ensure smooth sales operations.
    - Develop new relationships with customers(Borrowers are mostly Japanese, European)
    - Propose properties, coordinating and guiding viewings
    - Preparation and confirmation of contracts
    - Follow-up with customers after contracts (after moving in and handing over)
    - Handle complaints

    ◇Others
    - Support the sales activity of Japanese MD
    - Tasks as needed

资格

  • 任职资格

    【Must】
    - English: can communicate with Foreign customer
    - Sales or Marketing experience at least 2 years

  • 英文

    Level 3 - Business Level

  • 其他语言

    English

    *Basically, Sat/Sun is holiday.
    But sometimes they need to work on Sat/Sun to guide property viewing with customer.
    If they work on Sat/Sun, they can take holiday on weekday.
