  [Job summary]
  ◉ IT Support desck operation
  - Install and configure IT devices' hardware, software, with arranging network
  - Provide IT technical support & handle all IT related matters
  - Respond in a timely manner to handle issues and requests
  - Address cyber-security issue
  - Investigate the root cause of the accident and make improvements
  - On-site attendance with vendor in the event of a failure at the store
  
  ◉ IT device Supplier Management
  - Estimate ,Order,Acceptance about all of IT devices(PC/Printer/Software/Network etc)
  - Monitor IT vendors' implementation work and managing the schedule
  - Negotiate with IT vendors about the reasonable price or scope of IT product & service
  - Setting any IT devices in each site such as store, office, etc.
  - Help with general affairs-related tasks
  - Various tasks such as notification to tax authorities
