    - Monitoring product performance in the process line
    - Follow the problem and make improvements to the efficiency.
    - Record &Trace progress of each theme and summarize data to manager.
    - Support activities: Cost Reduction, Kaizen, QCC, Monozukuri
    - Understanding of cost analysis
    - Production control in complies with the production plan
    - Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements
    - Analyze, improvement, and follow up on problems that emerge during the manufacturing process.
    - Weekly report to manager.

资格

  • 应征条件

    [Must]
    - Only Male / Age 25 - 35 years old
    - Bachelor of degree in a related field
    - Good command in English (Conversation Lv. Up)
    - Minimum 3 years experience in technical improvement as a Production Engineer
    - Knowledge of material or chemical science of Steel product
    (Such as fabrication processes, surface treatment, and plating)
    - Ability to work with Excel formulas/functions.

    [Advantage]
    - Can speak Japanese
    - Have knowledge of metallurgy, heat treatment
