    - Checking the production process according to the schedule.
    - Manage personnel planning and costs, including overtime and shifts, according to production volume.
    - Responsible for coaching, Train and retain or initiate training of employees with production.
    - Cooperate and coordinate with other department to meet corporate goals.
    - Make plans to improve productivity and control costs direction and manage staff to achieve the above.
    - Report the daily, weekly, monthly progress to managers in English.
    - Troubleshooting.

    - Ensure development of his report and ensuring teams are following policies and procedures related to employee and safety and environmental compliance.
    - Other tasks as assigned.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Male
    - Under 45 years of age.
    - A bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or other related fields.
    - Experience in production lines and planning, production control in the petrochemical polymer industry not less than 5 years and up.
    - Honesty. Strength. Resistance. Good start of pressure.
    - Work 6 days a week, or night shift.
    - Leadership and team management and performance management.
    - Ability to communicate, summarize and solve problems in a systematic way.
    - Knowledge of IS 9001, 14001, 18001 will be considered.
    - Can drive a car, have a driver's license.
    - Good communicate in English.
