- Provide first and second-line support for ERP customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Offer functional and technical expertise to support customers with implementing, configuring, and maintaining ERP solutions.
- Perform ERP software installations, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT systems.
- Utilize debugging and tracing techniques to locate and fix bugs and problems within applications.
- Deliver technical support and training to ERP end-users.
- Deep knowledge of ERP reporting tools to assist customers in generating reports.
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills
资格
应征条件
- Male/Female, age not over 30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System or IT related fields.
- 2 years' experience in Application/ Technical Support.
- Experienced on C#.Net, VB.Net, SQL Server, Crystal Report.
- Knowledge of Linux OS is an advantage.
- Understanding of key business processes and programming logic.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Work under pressure of deadlines on multiple assignments.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams.英文
