工作内容
- To Manage all concerns of the production line (Injection, Assembly, Painting, Planning).
- To supervise subordinates to operate follow production plan.
- To control in process defect rate and countermeasure quality defect problem.
- Improvement of line productivity, line balance, reduce cycle time. , KAIZEN activities.
- Making all concerns of Production report and presentation.
- To coordinate with other relevant departments.
- Jobs as assigned directly by Japanese top management level.
资格
应征条件
【Must】
- Male only, 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, industry, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in production/production engineer of Injection mold at Automotive industry
- Knowledge of ISO9001/14001, IATF16949
- Management Experience (Preferably more than 100 subordinates )

- Knowledge about Production system (Injection, Assembly, Painting) 5S, Safety are advantages.英文
