工作内容

- Travel to customer site to install and repair laser products.- Training and providing technical support to customers.- Report discrepancies, unresolved or recurrent problems to the supervisor.- Understand technical documentation, schematics and blueprints, as to utilize them in field support.- Provide regular reports and feedback to the supervisor.- Accurately identify system problems from the information from the field, consolidate this information and report these problems to the appropriate teams.- Assist other Field Service Engineers as directed in the region.- Provide exceptional customer service.- Support sales department with technical assistance.
