    <Job>
    - Monitor and improve the molding defection and continue to maintain process injection.
    - Trail about to new injection mold or a new product to support the sale market.
    - Set up the plastic injection mold.
    - Follow up Mold repairing with suppliers.
    - Ensuring that all finished goods meet the required quality standards and quantity requirements as per the production plan.
    - Maintenance of injection machines according to the maintenance process.
    - Managing the factory under ISO procedures.
    - Controlling and improving process capabilities in the plastic injection process.
    - Support Japanese production manager to control operators
    - Other tasks assigned by Management

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    - Male, 35-45 years old
    -Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical)
    - Supervisor/Assistant Manager experience
    *Ability to supervise more than 30 subordinates
    - Minimum 5 years of experience of a Production control／production engineer at an Automotive manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding.
    - English: Conversation Lv Up
    * Require to communicate with Japanese Manager in English
