- Collaborate with different departments and manage cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in global operations.
- Advise on legal risks and opportunities in international markets, focusing on retail, technology, and M&A sectors.
- Liaise with international regulatory bodies and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
- Stay updated with changes in international law and advise on implications for business strategies across various industries.
资格
应征条件
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a reputable institution.
- Licensed to practice law with a minimum of 10 years of experience in international business law, covering retail, technology, and M&A.
- Extensive knowledge of international trade, contract law, and compliance regulations in various industries.
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex international legal transactions.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a global law firm or as an in-house counsel in a multinational corporation.
