• 工作内容

  - Define and articulate a vision for the product based on technical trends, customer needs, and competitive environments
  - Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term deliverables with the long term vision, specifically outlining technical features and capabilities
  - Write and manage detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) that capture the technical specifications and requirements of new products or features
  - Facilitate the product development process by prioritizing tasks, setting milestones, and tracking progress to ensure that technical teams are able to deliver feature as planned
  - Develop and design refrigeration systems according to requirements coming from PRDs and regulations (Asian, European, North American) involving detailed products calculation, drafting plans using computer-aided design software
  - Ensure that refrigeration systems complies with industry standards, environmental laws and safety regulations.
  - Work closely with the Technical Manager and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems that may arise during product development and maintenance
  - Being a constant technical support to sales team by providing technical information to individual’s customers RFQ.
  - Develop the marketing product literature with graphic designer to our product portfolio
  - Design the Bill of Material of our new product portfolio developments
  - Ensure the controller software development with our third parties involved
  - Being the key point of contact for “Operations” during production phase
  - Support and Teach our teams of technical CAD designer
