  - To responsible in maintenance, repairing and installation of electromechanical machine include solving the problem.
  - To work independently and minimum supervision advice or own ideas customers on proper maintenance and repairs perform inspections and prepare documentation follow manufacturers’ specifications.
  - To provide product support service (or trouble shooting) to external and internal customers globally, while meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, profit and expense objectives.
  - Instruct associates and customers in the proper maintenance and repair on equipment.
  - Perform maintenance inspections and prepare detailed documentation of necessary repairs and observations.
  - Adjust, fit, and align equipment to manufacturers’ specifications.
  - Communicate and provide feedback to management on opportunities to improve customer and associate satisfaction.
  - Must take a proactive approach to customer needs after market opportunities and associate and customer training needs.
  - To oversee the group service dept and ensure common and standard practices are to be adopted at all sites.
