  ＊Work with internal and external parties to follow standard procedures for business requirements.
  ●Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and system design.
  ●Design and create business test cases, execute tests and verify results.
  ●Design workflow to achieve business requirements.
  ●Understand transaction operations, especially non-cash, payments, and wallets.
  ●Collaborate with teams and customers to achieve goals.
  ● Guide, train, document, and create user manuals for stakeholders on products and solutions.
