  • 工作内容

    -Make and confirm/issue reservations for passengers on scheduled airline flights
    -Arrange reservations and routing for passengers at request of ticketing office or customer, using timetables, airline manuals, etc.
    -Contact customer or ticketing office to advise of changes in flight plan or to cancel or confirm reservation
    -Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
    -Other as assigned

资格

  • 应征条件

    -Bachelor degree in any fields
    -At least 3 years experience in Customer Service/Ticket/ Passenger Service in airline business/travel agency
    -Able to operate Amadeus system.
    -Good Communication in English
    -Computer literacy and good in Microsoft office
    -Be honest, service mind and good interpersonal skill
