    - Overall control HR jobs both HRM & HRD
    - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission and strategies
    - Lead and educate the team to success
    - Be an Agile HR
    - Manage & control HR/Administration/IT team
    - Any other works as assigned by HR Manager and/or Managing Director

资格

  • 应征条件

    [Must]
    - Male, Female, age 35-45 years old
    - Bachelor’s degree in any fields
    - Experience in both HRM & HRD
    - Good knowledge in job evaluation & performance appraisal for salary structure design, tax system, personal income tax, labor
    laws and ISO
    - Detail-oriented, well organize and able to work well with team as a leader
    - Excellent active listening, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
    - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills with innovative thinking and pro-active working style.
    - Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 650 TOEIC score)
    - Experience in Japanese company is an advantage
