工作内容
-Work closely with the senior FAS team members and assist in performing research, analysis for due diligence and valuation of company or business for various projects.
-Assist in analyzing financial information, reviewing accounting records, researching comparable companies & M&A transactions.
-Review and preparation of financial / valuation models.
-Conduct market and industry research.
-Work on the presentation materials for clients.
-Build and manage relationships with FAS team members and other service lines of company and assist senior members of the team.
-Support documentation and sharing of lessons learned from each project.
资格
应征条件
-Bachelor's degree in finance, accountancy/accounting or economics.
-A minimum of 3 years experience in financial advisory,corporate finance services or investment banking.
-A relevant professional qualification (CFA, CPA/ACCA, MBA etc) will be highly regarded
-Good verbal and written English communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work well with others effectively in team
-Strong presence and appropriate level of confidence
-Background in company valuation, financial due diligence or corporate finance with accounting firm, investment bank or private equity firms is -an added advantage英文
