• 应征条件

  Male , Age 40-45 years old.
  Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or Related Fields.
  At least 10 years up in HR, ER functions in manufacturing.
  At least 3 years up in management level.
  Good command of spoken and written in English.
  Ability to develop as well as maintain long-term employee relations
  Excellent organization, planning, technical writing, communication and presentation skills.
  Have experience in Japanese Manufacturing and Automotive industry will be advantage.
  Good knowledge Thai labor laws.
  Positive Thinking and Good negotiation skills.
  Experienced in Labor Union is advantaged.
