• 工作内容

  -Ensure the shift operations are in compliance with the health, safety and company regulations.
  -Assure all work activities are carried out in accordance with the updated work instructions and advanced procedures.
  -Overall responsibility for the manufacturing activities by applying various processes and methods.
  -Encourage focus on output, efficiency and on time delivery according plan.
  -Ensure efficient use of materials, machines and manpower to meet department objectives and operational needs in terms of cost, quality and quantity.
  -Contribute to the Continuous Improvement across all areas to achieve best results.
  -Recruit and train manpower, complete regular performance reviews, manage attendance, holidays, disciplinary issues and procedures as appropriate.
  -Provide clear leadership, coordinate team activities, inspire and motivate manpower to achieve excellence, mentor them as they develop new skills.
  -Control material stocks, maintain excellent storage conditions and control inventory levels by conducting physical counts reconciling with ERP system.
  -Develop and maintain strong relationships with all departments to ensure optimal performance.
  -Support project management activities to implement new and revised designs and develop effective processes to ensure manufacturability of product.
  -Provide regular feedback and make recommendations to superior regarding organization, trouble shooting and possible critical situations.
  -Organize a clean and tidy Plastics Technology department.
  -Other responsibilities as assigned.
