  - Have a full understanding of the Group’s Procurement & Production Process
  - To create the purchase order (PO) once receiving the material requisition (MR) in document from each party or receiving the purchase requisition in the SAP generated by planning team.
  - To work with and communicate to Project Logistic Manager (PLM), QA/QC team and Planning team to have details of required project reference standard or specification or any specific requirement from the project team including the required delivery date to be able to issue the PO with the right order.
  - To collaborate work with PLM, Planning, Warehouse and supplier to assign the priority and proper quantity to be delivered of each item in the PO to minimize the storage area in sufficient required quantity for the production.
  - To alert management and team when the risk of delay or over budget or quality issue are discovered.
  - To answer vendors question and provide them additional order document or information needed under the supervision of Procurement Manager.
  - Ensure that all the required changes regarding the DWG/ Specification / Schedule are communicated to PLM and concerned party prior to distribute/inform to supplier.
  - To monitor and control the cost of buying material against the project approved budget.
