  1. Set goals, policies, projects and annual budgets of the department to comply with the goals and policies of the department and manage the work by planning, communicating, controlling and following up to achieve the defined goals.

  3. Recruiting materials necessary for the production and the work of every department to meet the specified quality standards with the most reasonable price and prompt to use.
  4. Track market movements and planning for purchasing and storing stock materials as efficiently as possible.
  5. Select and evaluate vendors to get a quality and efficient vendor.
  6. Initiate to improve and develop the working system of the purchasing department for the highest quality and efficiency.
  7. To control, inspect and monitor the operation according to the established systems, procedures and standards on a regular basis to achieve accuracy and continuity.
