  ■Manage all Import shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations and on-time delivery is needed.
  
  - Interact with freight forwarder, customs brokers, domestic carrier representatives, insurance and claims adjusters.
  - Supplier & Forwarder control, improvement
  - Manage and review payment verification and coordinate with forwarder.
  - Manage Inventory turnover and analyze to find out root cause and action are needed.
  - Manage and review Demand planning, demand fluctuation
  - Manage and review export shipment which on time delivery to customer
  - Manage and review for new project to meet customer requirements and in line with project time plan.
  - Manage and control W / H operation which follow up company direction
  - Apply FIFO, 5s, 0 Accident, cleanness and space minimization.
  - Supply chain cost reduction activity.
