  [Job summary]
  - Responsible for searching supplier of Key raw material to secure a choice of qualified suppliers
  - Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing
  - Negotiate for the best deal pricing. Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality
  - Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time delivery
  - Follow client standards and procedures for inspection, documentation requirements, delivery requirements, etc
  - Manage all procurement actions e.g. bid expediting, bid tabulations, purchase order, supply expediting, vender inspection, shipment, invoice payment, receipt, etc. are performed in accordance with procurement procedure
  - Work with other related departments for the appropriate payment policy
  - Coordinate with users and external consultant (e.g legal) to ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions
  - Vendor registration control, maintain up to date
