工作内容

-Understand the overall business model and business strategy.-Develop and implement strategies for business growth.-Ensure execution results hit the company target and goals.-Monitor and mentor the team to accomplish the company's vision and common goal.-Oversee day-to-day operations liaising with all department managers.-Improve internal processes for better productivity.-Work closely and develop business with the company's branch offices namely Cambodia, Myanmar, Lao, and Vietnam.-Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.-Other duties as assigned by the group managing director.
