  - Monitor Daily in-Process defects and work with production for the analysis and provide necessary corrective/preventive.
  - Review inspection plans for in-process QC and find ways to improve
  - Perform continuous improvement for the whole production process in terms of quality
  - Coordinate with suppliers for their quality status and request for improvement if necessary
  - Coordinate with production in providing corrective/preventive action for customer rejects.
  - Perform other activities not stated above as instructed by superior when the need arises.
