  The Asst. GM is mainly responsible for planning and control factory activities such production process, quality control standard for comply with food standard including standard of each country which we need to export and have to closely for controlling reliability through ass production cycles from purchasing to client delivery.
  
  [Core Responsibility]
  1. Factory management.(70%)
  -Planning for setup production standard.
  -To control production process for comply with regulation or standard of each country.
  
  2.Control and production Planning for meet customer requirement.(30%)
  -Production planning
  -Production control for comply with product specification.
