  - Responsible for the design and development of new product development,
  - Responsible for handle product & process improvement,
  - Responsible for cost optimization and product maintainance initiatives
  - Responsible for completing technical reports/ presentations of various R&D activities to R&D Manager.
  - Develops product/ process standards and specifications for new products
  - Provides product labelling information and prepares necessary documentation to aid government label approval process
  - Tests and recommends optimum utilization of plant materials, ingredients, packaging materials, equipment and labor in the manufacturing of existing products.
  - Sources new/ alternative ingredients and/ or suppliers that will promote quality, growth and profitability of existing product offerings.
  - Review material and related tasks for export product [EU market]
