    - More than 10 year related experience
    - Must have Bachelor of Civil Engineering
    - Able to work on weekends depending on projects (OT provided)
    - English skill Neo-3 or above (all tasks and communication within office is English)
    - Able to work anywhere in Thailand (depending on project)
    - Have own car/license
