工作内容
- Report to HQ in Japan/Singapore & Top management of ATST office
- Strong and diverse technical background with effective presentation skills
- Able to use CAD software to create design and solve technical issue
- Familiarity with construction trends, international design standard and building regulation in Thailand
- Wide network of building professional and property
- Able to multitask and a good team player
- Coordinate with client, architects, consultants, facade contractors, suppliers and other project team members
- Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructor
- Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation
- Preparation of quotation and others sales terms & conditions
- Formulation and execution of Sales strategies and business objectives
- Preparation of periodic reports
资格
应征条件
- Male only age 27-35 years old
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer/Architectural/Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management as designing position of curtain wall or facade and construction industry
- Advanced Auto CAD software design
- Knowledge about Facade material, Structural calculation and project management
- Fluently/ Good command English language both written & spoken
- Familiar with construction trends, international design standard, and Building regulation/ license
- Good understand of market and customer needs
- Strong analytical, organization and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, service mind, and dynamic
- Proficiently in MS office and PowerPoint
- Business trip is required (Japan or Singapore)英文
