• 工作内容

  - Sharing and coordination with purchasing teams of the research of new suppliers and new materials, from the innovation stage until the final qualification in manufacturing
  - Assist the different Business Units and factories as requested with raw materials expertise, best process practices and benchmarking for local research and development activities
  - Cooperation with central Knauf group on the transfer of new raw materials from the Group into the Asia-Pacific region.
  - Support and Coordinate within the Asia-Pacific region the implementation and adherence to the standard on Raw Materials and Supplier qualification
  - Document creation and control with regards to raw materials and suppliers
  - Lead regional R&D activities, ensure proper communication with the Knauf Group R&D Head, innovation management, and R&D controlling
  - Support innovative break-through technology solutions to improve the product quality, and the manufacturing costs in the Asia-Pacific region.
  - Document and process management for the application, approval and maintenance of patents belonging to the Knauf group in the Asia Pacific region
  - Ensure that “freedom-to-operate” surveys are conducted to avoid patent infringement, and that innovations are considered for patent application
  
  Coordination of activities related to :
  - the testing and qualification of raw materials
  - the research & development of new process and new products, including patents
  - the benchmark of product quality within each country
