• 工作内容

  1. Refer daily , monthly plan and allocate manpower accordingly.
  2. Control production line and improve process. [Injection part for automotive and medical product]
  3. Track and control the material usage as per the order sheet.
  4. Control injection machine for producing product.
  5. Prepare skill matrix of operators and provide/ arrange for training to bridge the gaps.
  6. Give feedback to planner about work progress.
  7. Track the process rejection .Plan and implement the improvement actions to control/ reduce the rejections.
  8. Maintain shop floor discipline and take appropriate actions against the defaulters.
  9. Work with maintenance department for up keeping of machines and equipment.
  10. Safety, 5s and discipline on the shop floor.
  11. Control of process rejections and material usage as per the process plan
  12. Quality of the parts produced.
  13. Optimum utilization of manpower and productivity.
  14. Improvement actions for reduction of process rejection, cost savings, etc.
