工作内容

Description of work:- Responsible as a Business Partner to provide strategic development plan to the management- Implementing HR strategies that align with the business goals and objectives.- Research and utilize the human resource development tools for the objectives- Manage employee competency appraisal and KPI system- Conduct and develop the strategic program, training and development program, engagement survey- Collaborate closely with department heads and managers to provide guidance and support in achieving their goals through effective HR strategies.- Provide consultation talent management and succession planning processes- Involve corporate L&D and OD initiatives such as succession planning, talent management, leadership development, cross BU rotation and promotion etc.- Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees- Work closely with International Operations in regards to all staff-related matters
