- Control and manage production process and workforce as a production supervisor
- Control the production line and production team members (approx 50 subordinate officers)
- Control and manage manufacturing performance to achieve annual operation plan
- Lead manufacturing team members to ensure staff capability and growth that matches business requirements
- Cooperate with QC & QA department and other relevant parties
资格
应征条件
- Male, Thai nationality, age between 30-37
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical or Technical Engineering
- Work experience, minimum 5 years, in the management of production or engineering, engineering process, and/or quality control
- Ability to communicate in spoken and written English
- Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)英文
