工作内容
- Act as the gatekeeper to ensure complaints are valid before accepting customer returns
- Follow up on warranty tasks to close issues by setting up meeting to investigate root causes and determine actions for a long-term development
- Handle overseas and local customers in order to provide the best support for customers and provide feedback on customer information to the factory
- Control and manage spare parts to support part sales and service
- Handle quotations and part sales
- Coordinate with internal team members for serving all customer requirements and expectations
- Contact customers regarding daily issues and prepare necessary information to customers as per their requests
- Discuss with customers on technical issues and lead customer’s projects for the enhancement of new business or development
- Contact vendors for customer issues until closing loops
- Support projects of customer service strategies, monthly present customers on corrective actions and follow up issues
资格
应征条件
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 28-35
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Marketing or any related field
- Work experience, more than 5 years, in industrial products (or any related products)
- Having a successful cross-cultural experience
- Good command of English (fluent), communication and computer literacy
- Skills in closing sales, prospecting, negotiation and presentation
- Ability to work under pressure and agreed deadline
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Highly motivated, results-oriented and customer-oriented英文
