    - Set up and implement the process for converters (welding) following procedures based on customers' requirements and specifications
    - Control and manage production process (converters) and team members
    - Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of facilities for quality maintenance
    - Conduct continuous improvement regarding quality and operational efficiency
    - Participate in company's activities, ISO, TS, QC and other related activities
    - Support and manage quality target
    - Report on problems or concerns to Quality Manager

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Male, Thai nationality, age between 40-48
    - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, major in Industrial Engineering or related field
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, in production engineering
    - Work experience in converter process will be an advantage
    - Good knowledge of welding process will be an advantage
    - Japanese, minimum JLPT N3 or a good command of English
    - Having leadership qualities and computer proficiency
