  - Cooperate with customers in order to prepare all related documents for import and export shipment
  - Cooperate with affiliates and/ or overseas agents for shipment arrangement
  - Keep positive business relationships with customers and provide the best service to meet customer's requirements
  - Handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication
  - Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
  - Perform stock control and reconcile with data storage system
  - Coach, manage and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
  - Follow departmental objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance
  - Supervise quality management activities of ISO, safety and energy conservation
