  • 工作内容

    - Supervise planning, preparations and bookings of group tours to Asia, Europe and America
    - Coordinate with a wide range of providers (utmost importance is planning booking and payments schedules, monitoring budgets, and forecasting cash-flow for each project)
    - Coordinate in real-time between our global network and our service providers while a trip is operating
    - Initiate in resolving operational problems quickly and efficiently
    - Analyse client feedback after each project for quality control and consistency to identify failures and weakness
    - Continuously raise quality, efficiency and accuracy expectations as well as looking for innovative ways to raise the bars
    - Core purpose of this position is to deliver outstanding service to clients to build our reputation for excellence. This is achieved through attention to details, going the extra miles and maintaining focus on both operations and business development.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Travel, Hospitality or related field
    - Work experience, minimum 8 years, in corporate travel environment
    - Work experience in budget and cost management
    - Solid knowledge of travel operations
    - Skilled and up-to-date in communication technologies (Cloud-based applications and resources, social and business apps)
    - Availability to travel on a regular basis and work at nights or on weekends when needed
    - Proficient in both British and American English
    - Strong preference is given to multilingual candidates (French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian or Mandarin)

  • 福利制度

    - 1% of Gross Profit Margin (expected 3 million baht per month)
    - Annual BONUS (minimum one-month salary based on performance.
    - Quarterly BONUS when target sales achieved (one month salary if 3 quarters achieved)
    - Europe tour leader, per dium per group tour (2,000 THB per day)
    - Asia tour leader, per dium per group tour (1,000 THB per day)
