  - Problem solving and failure analysis
  - Summarize productivity, Quality, QEE of month, make action plan, report to Manager
  - Join meeting with other section for support any activity in company
  - Support all production activity
  - Follow work assignment from manager
  - Management skill of manufacturing IATF16949 knowledge
