    - Lead and work on multiple hospitality design projects and mentor team members across multiple projects
    - Oversee project deliverables and resolve escalations by collaborating with clients and other stakeholders
    - Liaise with clients for project meetings and be a point of contact for projects and be responsible for the overall quality and performance of the project teams that you are leading
    - Work closely with the Studio Manager and be responsible for project delivery process, quality, project team utilization, productivity, and financial metrics (billings and collections) for projects

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-40
    - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent
    - Minimum 10 years' working experience in Architect Design, including experience with international luxury hotels and resorts projects in Asia
    - Strong design skills and a representative portfolio of award-winning, branded projects within the luxury hospitality sector, with a focus on resorts in premier destinations
    - Excellent communication and motivational skills to inspire teams to exceptional performance
