  - Arrange and control operator production in accordance with planning and objectives
  - Arrange operators in case of lacking operating machine and unable to produce as planned
  - Support leaders to control operator to operate machine in accordance with work standard and control defects as planned
  - Support leaders by coaching and training operator to follow the training plan
  - Counsel and coach operators to upgrade skills to achieve multi skills in machine
  - Involve and analyse the monthly production plan (meeting)
  - Control operator to follow company regulations
  - Implement the ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001 system
  - Report to AGM, DMG, AGM Plant Operation
  - Analyse and develop manufacturing processes in order to minimise risks and reduce cost in department
