    - Disposition of lots on nonconformity product or NG products.
    - Collaborative closely with internal team ,production, process engineer, Laboratory, etc in order to solve the quality issue.
    - Analyze defect data and monitor trends in product quality performance.
    - Provide analysis to operations in order to assist in continuous improvement.
    - Analyze defect and monitor trends in product quality performance.
    - Support process/product validation and provide technical report manner
    - Develop a set of corrective & preventive action, with 8 escalating steps (8D).
    - Support ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHAS18001, ISO50001,GMP and 5S initiatives within facility.
    - Carry out Internal audit of Quality, Environment and others system.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Bachelor Degree in Science or related field.
    - 1-2 years of work experience in a Quality occupation.
    - Able to work on shift.
    - Very familiar with ISO 9001 standards for minimum requirments.
    - Good command in both verbal and written communications in English , good leadership skills and understanding of human factors and motivation
    - Qualifications in Problem Solving Techniques.
    - An intermediate (or better) proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must.
    - High sense of hospitality and ability to work under pressure.
