    - Control and supervise subordinate officers in department and report to plant manager
    - Responsible for evaluation, promotion, warning, punishment, education and training for subordinate officers in the department
    - Achieve quality target and work performance in the department

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 40-45
    - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field
    - Work experience, more than 5 years, in engineering and/or maintenance manager
    - Work experience in metal processing industry (steel, aluminium, stainless, etc)
    - Work experience in using CNC tapping machine, stamping and anodizing process
    - Good knowledge of ISO9001, TS16949, 5S, safety and problem analysis
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Ability to communicate in English (Japanese is an advantage)
