工作内容
- Ensure smooth operations by supporting the Thailand team and coordinating with the headquarters office in Japan.- Manage overall company administrative and office management processes required- Handle Financial Tasks, assisting with basic financial tasks, such as tracking expenses,processing invoices, and payment to staff.- Coordinate visa and work permit processes with the HQ HR team and the local consultingfirm, ensuring compliance with relevant authorities.- Support HR tasks such as social security fund, welfare policies such as health insurance, lifeinsurance, and others related to Thailand labor law requirements- Support internal culture initiatives and workplace activities, fostering employee engagementand collaboration- Support the general hiring processes including writing the Job descriptions,relationship/management with recruiting companies, direct hiring by Job Portal or Linkedin, etc- Stay abreast of labor laws and government policies, interpreting changes and advising onimplications for the organization- Support Operations, including Marketing support of our team in exhibitions, conferences,seminars, and networking-related activities.- Carry out any other work deemed necessary or ad-hoc assignments as delegated bySuperior(s).- Other related tasks assigned
