    * Both Male & Female are OK
    * 35-40 years old
    * Bachelor’s Degree (Major) Economics, Marketing, Management, Statistics etc. (GPA) 2.8 up
    * Labor management or Experience of Human resources management or Organization Development(Experience 7-10 years up)
    * To Have skill of data analysis especially by Excel
    * Japanese or English speaking person is better (N3-4 or TOEIC 600 up)
    (Japanese speaking is the best)
    * Experience in Japanese company
    * Prefer experience in manufacturing company
