工作内容
Cost Management:
- Understand overall project cost structure and cost engineering process
- Estimate regained amount of resources in figuring out availability of resources
- Check and control expenses by implementing established financial management procedures
- Maintain and develop scope control and change order practice
- Realise highlevel budget by cost-benefit analysis, budgetary control, & business case revelation
- Understand Accounts Receivable and Collection
- Develop project cash flow forecast with committed & expected cost
- Draw the best conclusion and negotiate the terms of contract for risk minimisation
- Persuade customers with various option items
- Provide solutions for argument or contract breach
Cost Estimating:
- Define estimation basis & scope
- Data analysis & benchmarking
- Strategic conceptual estimation
- Labour productivity analysis
资格
应征条件
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-40
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- More than one years’ experience in PCM or similar functions in trading business will be an advantage
- Experience in Project Control Management is an advantage
- Good experience in International Project Control Management is an advantage
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Having active personality and eagerness to discuss/negotiate with team, vendor or client for any cost impaction as found (out of contract scope and change works)
- Fast to respond to construction team for any requisition as concern to Invoice, Bond and Subcontract英文
