    ◆Field Service Operations
    - Manage, coordinate and supervise "Field Service Teams"daily activities to ensure field customers's service requests are attended promptly.
    - Monitor, evaluate and ensure service levels of specified Field Service Teams to customers are achieved and to take approprite rectification action to meet committed KPI
    - Ensure all requied reports related to field service operations are submitted to senior manager on timely basis
    - Generate weekly and monthly reports to senior manager
    - To visit field customers on service related issues, if necessary
    - on site support, if necessary
    - training: conduct trainings for new recruits and current staff
    - other duties

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Male or female
    - age more than 30 -
    - Bachelor’s degree in any field
    - Upper NEO-3
    -Have a car will be advantage
    - fuji xerox, Richo,,,some Multifunction / Copy machine work experience is advantage
