  Job Duties:
  Management of project
  -Negotiate with customer to control the followings:
  -Customer expectation
  -Project cost
  -Project schedule
  -Communicate with team member
  -Report to ISID Thai management and ISID HQ
  Requirement hearing
  -Meeting with customer to get their workflow
  -System design of customization
  -Mapping of customer requirement and system
  Documentation
  -System specification
  -Functional and detail test specification
  -User operation manual of Customized program (system)
  Test
  -Customized program (system)
  -New version of product
  Training of customer
  -Product base training
  -Customized program (system)
  Pre-sales
  -Create presentation and leaflet
  -Demonstration of product to customer
  Post-sales
  -Customer support by phone, e-mail and visit
  -Register and report issue
