  • 工作内容

    (1) Compliance
    - Administer and provide support for compliance and internal control system (including risk management) to ensure company complies with all internal and external laws and regulations

    (2) Legal Affairs
    - Counsel and provide support for all company's activities relating to laws, regulations and government sectors to ensure all activities met company's objectives and requirements and comply with Thai laws and other related regulations

    (3)Government Sector Coordination
    - Coordinate with internal and external units for BOD meeting, shareholder meeting and other company's business to results are aligned with business objectives and complied with Thai laws and other related regulations

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-38
    - Bachelor's Degree in Laws or Accountancy
    - Work experience, minimum 3 years, in internal control
    - Work experience in logistics or freight forwarding will be an advantage
    - Ability to communicate in English
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Self-confidence and leadership qualities
